Oh my, the crawfish eoutffee is phenomenal. I didn’t want to leave NOLA without trying and after research definitely think I stumbled on the best in town. Despite it being on bourbon street and busy, food was fast, presented well, and service was top notch. Server brought my food quickly and multiple ppl popped up to take it away - Nikita is the absolute best. Warm and joyful and considers everyone a “darling.” Love this place.

Mostly impressed with the service. All staff had old school New orleans charm and attentiveness The food was good, not necessarily great bit I'm sure most people have Louisiana roots know that most of these new eateries cook for the tourists so the food isn't as seasoned as we are used to. Overall, it is a good place to try

**NOLA EDITION** First time to New Orleans. This place was recommended and they didn't disappoint. Quick service, excellent hospitality and big portions of food with reasonable prices. Nice place to cool off on Bourbon St. Fried alligator PO Boy-try it!

This was my first stop on my trip. The oysters were delicious and the duck wantons. The server was really friendly. The red beans and rice need more rice. Plus, the chicken is chicken tenders. I wasn't happy with that, but they were flavorful.

Taylor was so sweet! We never felt rushed. She was very attentive and it was busy. The pasta was amazing! Will definitely be coming back

I had red beans and rice with crispy chicken and my husband had red fish on mashed potatoes and a crab cake. Both were delicious and our waitress made ordering easy. Our hotel clerk recommended this resturant and iam glad he did.

Got an appetite after walking the French quarters. We had Naquika as our server and hands down the BEST service. She recommended some items we tried and we were extremely happy with them. We had blackened alligator bites and fries (best fries ever). We also tried redfish Martí Gras special and it was devine. We also tried the Mambos famous oysters. Best experience in the French Quarter. So excited to be here visiting NOLA and to have come across this little piece of heaven at nearly midnight! Also checked in and got a free bread pudding that tasted amazing.

I am not stingy with my 5 star ratings. If you're good, you're good. I have to say, I REALLY wanted to give Mambo's a 5 star rating...but I couldn't. The food? 10 stars. My partner and I shared the crawfish poutine and the redfish dinner. I could, quite literally, taste NOLA in every bite. It was SO good! The service? 4 stars. We got no silverware, had to ask the server to take our order, did not get checked on (so I didn't order another drink--you're problem, server!), and had to have our bill fixed. What a mess. The ambiance? It was incredible! It's right on bourbon street, so you could hear and see everything. We loved the action and the life that was teeming from the street. 10 stars. See? That service. Ugh. All that to say, if you aren't in a rush, I'd go here. ;)
